Tower Story
As a landmark of Qingdao, Qingdao TV Tower stands proudly at the highest point of Taipingshan Central Park in the city center. Surrounded by iconic scenic spots such as Zhongshan Park, Qingdao Zoo, Qingdao Botanical Garden, and Qingdao Julin Park, it offers a premier 360° panoramic view of the city.
The tower features the revolving restaurant at an altitude of 226 meters, which is the largest high-altitude revolving restaurant in Qingdao. Further up, at 245 meters, the cloudscape Café serves as the ultimate vantage point for admiring sunsets over the sea. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the breathtaking scenery while enjoying a fine drink.
Notably, the ” Mirror of the Sky ” at the foot of the Tower has emerged as a trending landmark. With its dreamlike scenery reminiscent of Hayao Miyazaki’s animations and 360° mountain-and-sea vistas, it is a must-visit spot for tourists that also offers an exceptional vantage point for photographing the tower itself.
Observation Deck
At the 110 meters of the tower is Revolving cafeteria, and 115 meters is the outdoor observation deck, you can have a panoramic view of Qingdao while drinking coffee here. It is the gathering place for photography enthusiasts.
