Reunion Tower Hosts Third Race of the WFGT Towerrunning Challenge 2026

The iconic Reunion-Turm welcomed athletes on April 25 for the third race of the WFGT Towerrunning Challenge 2026.
Following exciting events in Barcelona and Tallinn, the series continued in Dallas with the thrilling “Dash to the Deck,” challenging participants to climb 837 stairs to the famous GeO-Deck.
With 60 finishers (35 men and 25 women), the race delivered a strong and competitive atmosphere in the heart of Texas.

Sport with a Purpose
Beyond the competition, the event also supported the American Lung Association, and its mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease, adding an important charitable dimension to the race.
With 90 cents of every dollar going directly to education, research, and advocacy, the initiative combines athletic challenge with meaningful impact. The organization also holds a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator and a Platinum Seal of Transparency from GuideStar.

What’s Next?
The WFGT Towerrunning Challenge 2026 brings together iconic towers and athletes across the globe, encouraging participants to take the stairs and push their limits in unique urban environments.
The challenge now moves to the Taipeh 101, where the next race will take place on May 9.
