Historia de la Torre
Tour Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower), also commonly named Tour Montparnasse, is a 210-meter (689 ft) office skyscraper located in the Montparnasse area of Paris, France. Constructed from 1969 to 1973, it was the tallest skyscraper in France until 2011. Built on top of the Montparnasse – Bienvenüe Paris Métro station, the 59 floors of the tower are mainly occupied by offices.
Cubierta de observación
The 56th floor, the tower’s highest floor, and its open-air terrace, 200 meters above ground level, were home to the Paris Montparnasse Observatory, which offered a 360° breathtaking view by day or by night of the city and of the Eiffel Tower. The site has been closed since March 31, 2026, for several years, as part of the renovation of the entire tower.
